The other alert that we got was: This was for only one of the users connected to the server. VMware Tools 1000 None Channel restart failed Upon looking into the event viewer, We noticed that alot of VMware tools errors: After rebooting twice it was functioning normally and the issue has not happened since. In normal production the server usually uses 10 to 15% CPU usage, however, on the 9th of March the CPU spiked to 100%. The server has 12 Gigs of ram and 2 vcpu's. The server is a Xendesktop 7 server where multiple users connect to it using Citrix. One one of our client servers crashed a few days.
